الان که بهش فکر می کنم، می بینم که اصلا یادم نمیاد آخرین بار کی یه مهمونی دادم.

university extension:  

تعمیم‌ مزایاى‌ دانشگاه‌ بدانش‌ جویانى‌ که‌ دردانشگاه‌ اقامت‌ ندارند

احتمالا شبیه دوره های فراگیر پیام نور یا سایر دانشگاه ها در ایران  

the making available of the educational opportunities or other resources of an institution by special programs or methods (as evening classes in a university, off-campus instruction centers, correspondence courses, library branches, or bookmobiles) to persons otherwise unable to take advantage of such opportunities and resources; also : a service or system by which such opportunities or resources are made available  

extender (Britain): a teacher of university extension classes 

در بریتانیا به معلمی که در دوره های فراگیر تدریس می کند گفته می شود  

یک معنی دیگرِ extender: (ماده‌اى که‌ به‌ چیزى مى‌ زنند تا حجم‌ آن‌ را زیاد کنند یا از غلظت‌ آن‌ بکاهند و غیره‌) زبره‌، (رنگ‌) بار، گسترگر، آبکى‌ کننده‌  

 

به عنوان مثال:
